VA Teknik cooperate with GEA 2H
VA Teknik AB has access to the full GEAS worldwide network of own sales force and agents. The Hydria company was invited as the only extern company to GEAS big sales meeting in Cologne.
-This is a fantastic opportunity for future business. We have already received inquires, both from the Far East and Middle East, says CEO Martin Jingnäs.
He and Marko Kunerus had the privilege of presenting VA Teknik AB and its products for all GEAS international sales network.
It´s a great privilege that we only need to go to Cologne to get all of those contacts. We create valuable personal contacts wich helps us doing business.
GEAS own authority in the field of water purification Martin Marggraff also faced its entire sales organization and praised VA technology products and actually recommended the use of equipment from VA Teknik AB.
-We have long worked with GEA, but some time we do business in both directions. They buy our scraper system and rotary distributors and we buy plastic media to lamellasedimentation and tricklingfilters.

Chain & flight sludge scrapers to Himmerfjärd WWTP
VA Teknik has today signed a contract with Syvab of a delivery and installation of 14 new chain & flight sludge scrapers for primary clarification tanks at Himmerfjärden WWTP .
Installations will be rolled out during 2011-2012.

New Contract
VA Teknik has today signed a new contract containing chain & flight scrapers systems for VA Syd and Sjölunda WWTP in Malmö Sweden.

New facilities for VA Teknik
VA Teknik is planning for a new facility at Viared industrial located at the same area west of Borås where we have our factory today.
Fast growing VA Teknik have for some time felt squeezed into the today rented space, now we plan for a modern productionfacility fair spaced office area and a brand new showroom for our products.
The new building will be located at Nabbamotet in between Ellos and Borås Tidning.
The office will be on two floors facing the highway, the building itself will work as a marketwindow of the well reputated industrial area.
The factory is facing the industrial area where also all incoming and outgoing transport will be handled.
Architect for this project is Magnus Thureborn, at Creacon Arkitekter, his design shows a building in black concrete, large windowareas, a backlit front etc.
Civil works will most likely start at summer 2012 with the plan of opening a year later.

New employee
Jonas Heró has been hired as a designer and will start his employment in august. He has until recently been working for Camfil for six years with a lot of wexperience of 3D-designing.
- By strengthening our designdepartment we can easier and more rapidly convert our systems for 3D-cad and by that be able to provide a lot more for those projects that needs to be designed in an early stage

Positive experience from Americana 2011 Montreal
We had a really nice visitor frequency at our booth and many fruitful dialogues. Especially about purification techniques in Canada compared to techniques in Europe. The interest in Swedish know-how is huge.
After visiting a local waste water treament plant we could see that european purification technology has come a lot further than it has in Canada.
This all makes Canada an interesting market where we think we can provide more experience and we think we have a great opportunity for future business in this region.
We met a lot of people and we have already got inquiries which is a good step ahead already.

Bergen Municipality in Norway and VA Teknik have signed a contract regarding supply of plastic chain sludge scrapers for a period of 3 years. Deliveries will start during first quarter of 2011.

VA Teknik signs several new contracts
During second quarter 2010 VA Teknik have signed several new contracts with both domestic customers and new customers all around the world and we have a reborn opportunity in the Middle East.

Plastic Chain scrapers in grittraps.
VA Teknik have today signed a contract for plastic chain scrapers in grittraps at Sjölunda WWTP in Malmö Sweden.
"This is yet another step to confirm our product as top of the line even in such tough conditions as in grit traps. We have for years heard sayings that there is disbelief in the chain in this environment.
We believe we have a proven track record and we are continuously adding new references to it."

Distributor contract to New Zealand
VA Teknik sums up 2009 by signing a new contract for rotating distributors to New Zealand, the project is performed in cooperation with one of our partners. Deliveries should start during first quarter 2010.
